Our Story
Our ServicesSaenz Global was founded by Thais Saenz, who hails from the Amazon jungles of Brazil. Growing up among the Ticuna tribe, where her parents were missionaries, Thais learned the importance of teamwork. The Ticuna tribe would come together to build homes and construct roofs using natural materials, instilling in her the value of community effort and collaboration.
Fast forward to her corporate career, Thais achieved remarkable success working with Fortune 500 global companies. In 2020, inspired by a podcast that emphasized the benefits of going virtual with back office services, Thais decided to take a bold step. With guidance from mentors who had experience in large companies such as Oracle, she launched Saenz Global with full force.
Saenz Global is an American company with our headquarters located in West Palm Beach, Florida. We focus on developing roofing administration services specifically designed for roofing contractors all across the United States. We offer a wide range of services to support contractors throughout their business operations.

At the beginning of Q1 2024, our team consisted of 80+ members, many of whom hold official certifications from JobNimbus, one of the industry’s leading CRM platforms. We have established partnerships with Roofr, 2X, Roofer Squared, and Blue Pages Pro to further enhance our services and reach in the industry.
